I frequent a nearby lake, Jacobson Lake, to shoot sunsets and the occasional Blue Heron, Green Heron or Black Crested Night Heron… usually some kind of nature or atmospheric type of shot. These are what I like best and I think what I do best as as well. I like the emotions that seeing nature in it’s splendor makes you feel.
However, there was some splendor I spotted on the dock, and just had to shoot it. It just said so very much.
